QualityLowInputFood - food safety researched

The Integrated Project QualityLowInputFood ended in April 2009.

Interesting information about food safety for all of us.

"The project aims were to improve quality, ensure safety and reduce cost along the organic and "low input" food supply chains through research, dissemination and training activities. The project focused on increasing value to both consumers and producers using a fork to farm approach."

How much are we willing to take and why shouldnt everything show in the product contents when we buy the food. Really glad there is the organic garden and food project beginning at TAMK and within GLOBE and environmental engineering students. Something really needed.
